After getting cut off for the third time by the same jerk towing a boat

I'm shocked. lol

I call that "Highway leapfrog." I have found that there are some people who, I guess, are competitive, and they don't want to be behind me, but they don't want to go as fast as I have my cruise control set to, either. Usually, if I just stay in the left lane until they are barely visible in my rear-view, then they don't cut me off any more after that. Unfortunately, these days most states have laws about not using the left lane except to pass, but, what are you going to do?

I was dealing with a Canadian in New York. They drive like they own the roads here. I had the cruise on and he passed me once, and immediately cut into the driving lane in front of me then slowed down. I passed him without losing speed only to have him do it again a few miles later. Then a third time. It's ridiculous how some people think they own the roads. And they wonder why there are so many road rage incidents.
