Funny how quotes can look when you take them out of context :-D

The first line sums up the rest of his statement,it's not out of context...he says he has some general knowledge of Russia but nothing much more than that,I didn't see it necessary to meme the entire statement when this line said it all.Even if the other statements are included he didn't say anything that qualified him to deal with global tensions with Russia,a very important part of being the POTUS would be having an in depth understanding and hands on experience with the "inner-workings" of Russia or even having done business there or knowledge of the Russian banking system like the requirements to get a loan or if loans are even a possibility...all of which he states he has no experience with.
His words,not mine... Even when I meme the entire statement the context is exactly the same.

And you're completely wrong with your position on "global tensions". Trump said very clearly, that he would work together with Russia to defeat ISIS. This is exactly what Russia have been trying to do for the past year. But, the US have done everything possible to make that not work. Right now, the only people on the planet who don't want to fight terrorists....are the US.
