Clarification/disclaimer: I am not bagging on cross fitters, the Amish, or any fitness organization. So if you are a cross fitter, or Amish, please don't take offense. Offense is TAKEN, -not given. I applaud and support anyone that wants to be healthier and strives to stick to any form of physical fitness, regardless of the style.
*I'm making fun of braggarts. *Or attention seekers. *And people that don't seem to pick up on obvious queues that there really are varying topics in a conversation other than Crossfit.
Also, other forms of exercise that are 'not crossfit' are (believe it or not) acceptable.
