I didn't want green color, but outline color wouldn't work.

Mine doesn't work either. Brandy Jackson told me that firefox is the reason. I tried it on internet explorer and I had outlines. My internet explorer has it's own set of problems so I don't use it.

Google Chrome won't install on my computer for some reason. I guess I could try to use the Edge browser, but I find it not very much better than internet explorer. But guess I could make it work.

that's odd chrome won't install! have you tried "Opera" it works fine with the shadow font
