The information presented tells me he make $10 an hour. A weekly paycheck would gross $400, but net $324.81 minus state and local taxes. 12 hours OT would give him a gross of $580, with a net of $464.04 less state and local taxes.

The extra $180 he earned in OT would be $139.23, a vast difference from the $40 stated.
