Image him after 14 years of been hidden & protected. He's socially damaged. A murderer would be aware of that and not smile to show off. His father says he naturally smiles like that. His friends call him normal. Watch his behavior 2-3 times 11elven times even if necessary and understand he did not do it.

Secondly, I actually hope it wasn't Burke for the simple reason that I have ALWAYS thought it was one or both of the parents.

However, the "EXPERTS" in that news special deduced beyond much doubt, IF ANY, that it had to be the brother. Most parents would cover their child's crime up, so it's not a stretch to believe that the Ramseys went through a lot of trouble to do so.

Besides that, Burke's demeanor was just too dang "LAID BACK" even though he was being asked questions about his own sister! And if he was that mentally ill, then someone besides YOU should have mentioned it while being questioned by both the authorities and the press.
