You visit your "images" page, click on the title, and then you will see a button that says "edit" and if you click it, you can make you own awesome title.

I.make my memes up a day or two in advance. If I'm on a roll, I just let them go to my images and name them later. If I only make a single one, I go to edit image and add a tag or two as well as the title. When it comes time to post, I still down my unsubmitted images and it makes it easier to find to submit.
