Yeah, but I took a WHOLE YEAR OFF. I recently returned here maybe three months ago. I was around 175000. In three months, I have gone from 175000 to 575000

Yeah, almost all of us are slow in the beginning, then we gain a lot more. Of course, most of these new users, they're the opposite, most are very fast.

Already got my shiny new orange and yellow icon! Sittin' at #62 in just under 3 active months.

The next icon is kinda ugly, but the yellow, orange, and blue ones are good.

I will not share my secrets, for if I do, i'm sure several people would adopt my strategy and then it would become less effective for me. It is one hell of an effective strategy most days.

Comments is where I make my points yes, but I have a particular strategy for some comments that pays off big time. As far as memes, I'm lucky to get 10 upvotes.

There was a user on here about a couple months ago named "Elongated_Monk" who had three of his first four memes make the front page and he had over 30,000 points in his first week. That's almost impossible to do.

shabbyrose just did. Doesn't really count since she started over and she's just making a lot of comments, but not making the front page. But got to the weekly leaderboard in her "first" week.

Yeah, Elongated_Monk didn't comment much, just had a bunch of memes make the front page. I think he made about six memes, then deleted his account for some reason. And four of the six hit the top three pages. I was an instant fan since his memes were actually funny. Steamfitter kinda reminds me of him.
