Sometimes it seems like you can spend a lot of effort making a meme you like, and it gets ignored, while a meme you make in 30 seconds or less gets a lot of attention. But that can happen to anyone though.

It's true that top users get more memes to the front page than others (and some of our memes are good, and some are bad, just like everyone else). But that doesn't mean bad memes get to the front page just because a top user made them.

I've made memes in 30 seconds and others I've put some though into, none of them have reached 10 upvotes.

Do you have a theory as to why you think that's happening?

Some of my memes are admittedly suckish, but others are really good and should've gotten a lot more upvotes than they did. The problem is, not enough people look at meme-makers with a low point count, they just wanna see memes from the best guys, because they can trust they'll be funny. More people need to take the time to look through memes from the less-fortunate meme-makers.

Yeah. It's frustrating to make memes and then not have people look at them. Especially if you think they're good.
