Cool. I have some Baroness in my collection. I thought it looked familiar. Other than big guy in your way was it a good show?

It was alright. Not the best not the worst. I'm more excited about tool coming to voodoo fest in November. I've had them tattooed on my back for five years. I've been listening to them since I was fifteen and I still haven't seen them live.

Now that's commitment to a band. :) I saw Krallice a couple weeks ago. Iron Maiden in April but that's more of an issue of going back to my youthful days. Seen Pig Destroyer, Full of Hell, and Sissy Spacek each in the last couple years. Have Gorguts coming in mid-October. Portland is improving vastly in the shows we get.

It's more like a commitment to Alex Grey, but anyone who is a fan of the band can put two and two together. The city I live in does not have alot of shows and anytime someone does come here I want to see, my exes band always seems to open for them so I don't go :( but I have every place between Houston and New Orleans to go to that's not a long drive. If a band is worth the drive there's always Austin too.

Portland has gained several small venues in the last few years so mid-sized gridcore or doom bands make their way here. If only they would all play on the weekend so I wouldn't have to take days off afterwards. Because Hey-zeus knows I won't not drink during the shows...
