I'm pretty sure that by the time ISIS found him, he was dead from smoke inhalation--they tried to burn him out according to the movie "13 hours". So sad, either way.

I didn't get that at all from the meme. I think the memer was saying had he given the Clinton Foundation a large "donation", he could have gotten special favors like so many of the other donors. At least that's my interpretation. :)
