That is exactly what it is. When I created the google account, I used the name Chak (first name) otay (last name). When you create an account on imgflip using your google account, it uses the name tied to the account as your user name. I don't know if it is because the e-mail address and the name is tied together and that is why it lets me use the same name or what exactly, but I found it to be an interesting event. Unfortunately (or some may see it as fortunate) even though you can go through the "see all" on my images, even if you upvote them, I don't get any points for them. But that is the price I pay for deciding to delete my account and then start it back up, all to mess with the heads of some people.
