I didn't want to believe he said this,either,but this goes to show how far Giuliani is willing to go to show party loyalty. There were at least 3 very successful attacks in America,long before anyone even knew who Barack Obama was. 1993 - Six dead in NYC. 1995- 168 killed in Oklahoma City,and of course the 3,000 killed on 9/11. It's especially ironic that he says this,because he's spent his life milking 9/11 for all it's worth

Giuliani was referring to the nearly 8 year time span between 9/11 and Obama's inauguration.

9/11 shouldn't have happened in the first place. There were warnings that went unheeded. All Giulani,Bush,Cheney and Rumsfeld did was close the barn door after all the animals escaped. Al Qaeda hasn't attacked us on our soil because they haven't needed to.Theyre like the bully who kicked your ass. All they have to do is raise their hand,and we're scrambling and cowering. Bush and Cheney let us down,plain and simple,and no amount of spin will rectify that. Their bumbling resulted in 3000 deaths.
