Oh man, I know. I googled the hell out of it and still couldn't figure it out. Anyway, all's well that ends well. Hopefully it won't crop up again!

So I reset the privacy and location settings on my phone, but that did not resolve the issue (in either browser).

I've also power-cycled the device, and that did not help either. I am actually running an older version of iOS, and so may go ahead and perform an update, just in case that might resolve the issue.

I can upload images from my laptop, via Chrome, just fine. So this must be a phone issue.
