All you did was make the armor look better and take away the grime on Vegeta's face.
Or maybe this is one of those super obvious things I can't see :/ there seems to be a lot of those.

i took away the cracks on Vegeta's armor and removed all the blood and removed all the tears in Vegeta's clothes
