Rio is a shit hole from what I've seen and they were building a wall around the poorest sections to hide it all for the Olympics - although I don't know if it was actually completed because I lost interest in the whole event with all they were doing. Quite frankly, Rio and the Olympic committee should be ashamed for spending millions or billions for the games while people starve on the other side of the city.
