Well what is the difference between a soldier and a police officer?

This is known as a Burden of Proof logical fallacy. Look it up and then try to restate your stance.

There is a vast difference between a police officer and a solider. In fact, it is constitutionally illegal for a soldiers to give orders to civilians outside of governmentally-authorized states of emergency. Comparing the two is ridiculous.
