Jango Fett was Boba's father. He was also the temple for all of the storm trooper clones, in Episode 2: Attack of the Clones. So, in a sense, Boba Fett is the brother of all following storm troopers. The problem is, Boba is actually very competent and cool; most of the troopers can't hit the side of a building with a blaster. So he doesn't want to be related to them.. Well, that's the joke I was going for :)

Sorry, that was a typo; he was the template. Basically, an alien race (can't remember their name) used Jango Fett's DNA to grow clones...lots and lots of clones. The Jedi bought the clone 'army' and were using them to fight on their side...but they didn't realize that the Emperor had a secret order up his sleeve, to turn all the clones against the Jedi at the right moment. So those clones betrayed the Jedi. Anyhow, part of Jango Fett's deal with the cloners was, he wanted one clone for himself, an unmodified clone, to raise as a son. That was Boba. So Boba is a direct clone of his 'father' Jango, and all the storm troopers are modified clones of Jango, and thus, in my opinion, they are related.
