Hugo Chavez hated capitalism, just like Maduro does and the socialism that was put instead of capitalism landed the country into its current state, he blamed all of Venezuela's problems on the 1% as Bernie would say, or in other words, capitalism was the problem. I was making fun of how lacking capitalism killed their country and Hugo instead of admitting socialism didnt work he continued to blame capitalism. It's satire, thanks for the compliment ;)
