Problem with that theory: Bernie knew months ago that his supporters wouldn't vote for Hillary on his say so. The minute he endorsed Hillary, Bernie supporters started dropping their Democratic party membership, Green Party candidate Jill Stein saw her donations go up 1000%, and even Trump and Gary Johnson saw an increase in support.

Right now, there is a class action lawsuit against the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Shultz concerning rigging the election and violating the DNC charter concerning impartiality towards the prospective candidates. While the charges involve the DNC and DWS's for Hillary, Mrs. Clinton is not named in the suit. Still, a demand to freeze all funds of the DNC under RICO could hurt the Clinton campaign, and hurt it hard.
