What should be the penalty?

I just threw it out there to see how everyone reacts to the idea. I guess a panel of "experts" would have to determine the actions that apply.

I'd have a few thrown at me. I get frustrated with some of the morons here. What ever the people come up with is fine with me. One thing I would like to see is the ability to block someone. It is definitely needed.

Yup! After I posted that, I was thinkin shit, I'd be a perpitrator for sure, that would suck. Blocking is fine, but I like a good scrap now and again. I bin givin shit to those on reddit that post on here about their reddit crap, and they dont respond to their comments on here, one of my posts got 45 downvotes, ha ha ha, thats better than any meme I posted in a month. Ha ha ha ha ha. But I think I got shadow blocked, I don't know what that is n too afraid to ask. Shitty thing is, I gots the same damn user name.

Some people open accounts just to troll so I would like to block those pissants. What's with the double Octavia_Melody accounts? The one with the "0" instead of an "O" in front of Octavia is a douche canoe.

It was just a thought while watching Arena Football. Nothing serious but I would like to have a user block function.
