Husband was taking pictures of our kids playing in the water and the cops were called.

there's old family photos of my relos and probably even me in the playing in the bathtub. waiting to be arrested for child pornography....

This is a good thing. What if it hadn't been your husband taking the pics? Also, just an FYI taking anyones picture w/o their permission can get you in hot water, so be careful taking pictures at beaches and such (As a photographer, it's hard not to look like a pervert carrying a bunch of camera equipment around in public places)
