Whenever you use the "Add image" option, this clears the meme's tags (including the green "memes" tag). I created and submitted this same meme yesterday, but forgot to re-tag it with "memes." As such, that submission will show up in a user's list, only if they have the "other" filter checked. I'm submitting the meme again today, now with the correct tags.
