Iranians speak Farsi. It would be "Takbir" (pronounced, Takbeer) depending on what part of Iran the person comes from. This is the Farsi word for "God is the Greatest".
Allahu Akbar also happens to be a phrase screamed repeatedly by suicidal fanatics of a blood thirsty death cult as they commit their unspeakable atrocities.:)
