People who don't have a firm grasp of facts or logic probably shouldn't accuse others of being brainwashed.

His words, not mine, except he used them on people who believe in Evolution calling them brainwashed. So it's cool for him to but not me? All the below comments are completely unnecessary and wrong frankly.

I guess I can see why that sounds like a double standard I'm using - why it's cool for him, but not for you.

But here's why I think it would be. The quote you took from Ken Ham about evolutionists is probably part of a larger text, where he explains what he meant by it.

Am I right? (I haven't read Ken Ham in a while, but generally, when he makes a statement, he explains his position and gives reasons for it.)

On the other hand, your meme doesn't have that context, and you didn't supply a reason that I could see behind your counter-claim that Christians are "so brainwashed by... beliefs, that they can't distinguish belief from fact." That's why I'm assuming at this point it's fair for him to say it, but not for you.

Meme on Ken Ham specifically, who believes the Earth is 6,000 years old, and we lived the Dinosaurs. Sure, I labelled all Christians, it's a joke, not a dick. Even my the most basic understanding of Science tells you the Earth is not 6,000 years old.

"SCIENCE" does not support your claim that the Earth is older than 6,000 years nor does it refute the Biblical Account and that the Earth IS 6,000 years old. I"m not brainwashed, I used to accept evolutionary theory as fact, but learned that it's not. It's just a guess and in reality there is no fact or science that actually debunks Christianity and Creation.

problem is, the theory is on how evolution works. The fact that evolution does happen and has been observed is FACT. people just don't know why it happened yet.
And the science I have studied, does prove the earth is older than 6,000 years old. I honestly would like to read the science that shows it is not. Seriously, I will read anything you present with an open mind, because I believe knowledge is power.

Micro evolution is true and observed. Changes within a kind. Monkeys to man macro evolution is just a guess and never observed. The creation account has been the same since it was written down. Evolution has changed over and over and over as new evidence confounds it. Creation never changes and doesn't have to as the science never actually conflicts with creation. Again, actual science, not theories and suppositions based on guesses.

Evolution has changed? no man, you said it. It's true. it's observed. The Theory has changed. Creation has changed, because evolution was found to be true.

Evolution changes nearly everyday with new evidence. Creation has never changed based on discoveries and evidence, only affirmed. Evolution has NEVER been found to true and you won't find any scientist to support you with that. It's a theory. A widely believed theory, but nothing but a theory.

Evolution is fact, you said it. No scientist will tell you there is Macroevolution, you're right. We did not evolve from monkeys. we evolved from common ancestors, took our own separate paths.

If they state evolution is fact then they are idiots. Evolution has never been proven and the micro evolution that does exist does support the common ancestor lunacy.

People of course came from common ancestor. Adam and Eve 6,000 years ago.

Not really defending anyone here but is that supposed to be Noah’s ark? That thing that many people believe to be in turkey that they believe there to be evidence of?
