It's an old kids rhyme. You say the Asian part then point to your knees when saying "dirty knees" then point to your nipples when saying "what are these"?
I have no idea how to respond to that so I will just back out of the room.

I learned it in the early 60's when I was a child. No one thought a thing about it but if a child said it now the world would go nuts. Just shows how ridiculous people are now
