About the animals, it really depends where you are, if you're in the city then there's pretty much no animals at all, but you'll probably die if you're in the bush.

And yeah, Australia's deadly wildlife is probably overplayed, even though that doesn't mean it's not dangerous. :)

Yes, you're right toffee apple's awesome (I once at a whole pack in one day :D)
But not all of the wildlife's so bad, I mean, I petted a dingo once.

And a baby emu
