I think the point being made is that Christians generally have evolved past the Middle Ages. I know of recent massacres by Christians but the motive was not religion i.e.: Oklahoma City. So think the post refers to Muslim terrorist massacring innocents in paradise/worship of their God.

If they did, wouldn't you think it would be ALL over the news? Islam is responsible for attacks on a *daily* basis. Surely CAIR or some other Muslim apologist group would be pointing out how violent Christians or Jews or Hindus or Buddhists or Wiccans are ...

Just find me one link. Just one. Then we could possibly discuss the 60+ attacks and 472 deaths in the last 7 days at the hands of Muslims in persepctive.
