Each image on this site has a separate address. This page is "imgflip.com/i/15eaqc".
To convert a gif from page address to being in your comment, first remove the "i/" from the link. Then insert "i." before "imgflip" in the link. Type ".gif" at the end and you're set.
The page imgflip.com/i/15bfn3 becomes the following.
