Very....Orwellian of you. Everything is the exact opposite of reality to satisfy the needs of those who follow a bitter and recriminatory value system. The 'socialism' in the National Socialist Workers' Party, or Nazi Party, is an indicator of the gathering of society and its individuals into a strong whole to support the power and glory of the state. The corporatism of fascism is the antithesis of the autonomy and freedom of the individual as espoused by liberalism (which of course does not equal socialism, communism, the Democratic Party of Detroit, or any other nastiness you claim, but is a centrist value system which supports open societies and minds, reformist policies, free trade, open markets, and globalization). Hitler ranted against liberal democracies. His philosophy was conservative - i.e., he sought 'to conserve' what he considered the power of the German state against 'degenerate' democracies of the west; similar to what's happening nowadays, to a less-violent but nonetheless repressive degree, in conservative countries: the declared 'illiberalism' of Viktor Orban in Hungary, the attempted stacking of the courts in Poland, the repression of free press in Turkey, and the overweening presence in Russia of Vladimir Putin. As for Democrat v. Republican in the United States, the Democrats were the party of the south during the civil war, and after that maintained its power through economic populism and social conservatism. In the 1960s and early 1970s the Republican party, primarily when Nixon came to the oval office, sought to claim the south by appealing to the inherent racism of the white population, and thus has become the party of the region since then. Detroit became addicted to one industry, auto manufacturing, and has been in decline since said industry fell behind the times in producing cars that are in demand. Also, Detroit has been run by idiots for a while now, regardless of party affiliation.
I am quite familiar with the study of archives. My major was history, with minors in sociology and religion. And in case you haven't noticed lately, there are many archives accessible via Google. (Half my memes are my fun at tweaking the noses of the perpetually angry.) And I honestly find it difficult to believe you study many archives yourself considering your poor writing and illogic. Websites with a right-wing tilt do not necessarily equate with 'archives'.
