Oh, it's a thing from the Warriors saga. There's this huge confuzzle with a villain named Scourge's collar, because the color was never mentioned and it was purple in "Rise of Scourge" manga cover, orange in Cats of the Clans, brown on the Chinese cover of "The Darkest Hour", and yellow on the cover of the Russian version of the same book. So there's always Warriortards arguing about what color it really is.

It's a fandom thing. To simplify my previous reply, nobody knows the actual color. His collar is purple/red on the wiki, but some people think it's orang, some think it's yellow, some think it's green, etc.. I always thought it was red for Bloodclan, but, you know.
