A major town that I live by and go to a lot is called Oxford and the pedestrians there never look both ways and they jaywalk all the time and whenever they don't walk out into the middle of the road they walk across the crosswalk get this ... While the freaking light is green and there are cars not that far away to be honest I'm not sure how there are not people killed in a Dailey basis by cars there
