The Hellenistic Jews spoke Greek but Jesus and his mother spoke Aramaic. Yeshua
There are many names for Jesus though, but the name Jesus coined in the 1400's C.E.
Yeshua was the Hebrew name that Jesus's Mother used for him, it translates to the name Joshua today.
It is pronounced Yeh-SHU-ah. This is just his birth given name, but of course he did go by many other names as well. Aramaic while rare, is still taught today by Messianic Jews and linguistic scholars. The Hebrew we speak today is more like Neo-Aramaic.
