the short answer is "yes", but fuq short answers... (yeah, i just read that... xP dwarf memes, dwarf memes everywhere) the fact most people don't realize this is the same reason 51% of people score 'below average' on IQ tests - i'm not saying they're stupid either; just that the school system never taught them how to determine what is 'a fact that follows': "some doctors are male; and some doctors are tall. does it follow that some males are tall?" . if you 'think' the correct answer is 'yes', you just scored below average on your IQ test... ANYTIME you make a statement that fits within the formula " all/none [ethnicity/sex/religion(any 'group' of people really)] can/can't/do/don't/always/never [whatever backwards thinking statement you're making]" you have just made a biased/prejudiced statement; if that statement was race based, you stand well-within the circle labled 'racist' on the venn-diagram of life (even if there was no malice or hate in same said statement) and the above sentence fits in the formula ([everyone not white] can't [be racist]) you've never met all 7 billion people on earth; you can't make fact based statements about deliminations of those people as whole: any attempt to do so is predjudiced (from the latin legal term 'pre judicio[abr.]' - "I have cast judgement before i have viewed all evidence")
