Nope, one of the 366 days will be filled with their own birthday. So they will actually have one birthday celebration overlapping with their own unless it's a leap year, or if their birthday is on a leap year and they only celebrate their own birthday once every 4 years, which would explain why they would want to eat more cake, since they only get cake on birthdays presumably and they only have a birthday once every 4 years...
