well yeah because right after replying to that, I went to go reply to another one, and had my meme reply all ready to go, and it was like NOPE and wiped the meme comment out... and man like half the time I'm like " f- it" and just close the site out... does that really prevent many bots flooding the site I wonder?
Gees. :( :( :( I seem to recall IMDB having a similar problem but able to resolve it easier to where you can at least post, and then go fart around editing it a bit if you want waiting for the timers to un-spaz themselves. But some of us have been here for ages. The only way for us to turn into spambots is if our accounts get compromised.
But then holy crap you get into the argument of, "omger you can't edit things cuz people'll get pissed cuz then like opnoez cuz liek people wonent lek no what u respondend two and cuz u can lek chagne it and sterf. Even though there's two simple solutions to that. Change history and a 1-hr limit.
Then the other one where people are like omger if people could moderate then they could like stifle free speech and omger they could lek silens decent and lek maek it so lek 1nly they're vers1n of the st1ry gets to1d.
None of them realizing this exact same damn argument has happened on EVERY SINGLE FORUM ON THE ENTIRE INTERNET. It's happened on DA, IMDB, Reddit, 4chan, GamefaQs, and on, and on, and on, and on, every single damn one. This isn't breaking one single bit of new ground. People need to get over it.
And you know all it does? Encourage people like me, who are maybe unironically DISCOURAGED to write giant long books here, because he knows the second he hits that text comment button he's screwed for an entire minute and is going to leave anyway because "********!!!"
So anyway I'm going to hit text comment, and close this out and come back tomorrow because 60 seconds might as well be 24 hours for me. I have 100 other things to do. Peaceout man.
