Do you even know how oil is created? It's from millions of years of vegetation being compressed by tons of pressure. Animals are long decomposed by then and have absolutely nothing to do with it.
Animals decompose, and help give the soil nutrients which the plants use. It's a meme, don't take it so seriously.

I understood your comment but we are speaking of millions of years between the two processes. It's a misnomer that people think oil comes from dinosaurs.
