I guess you don't watch the news either, there hasn't been even 1 case of someone pretending to be transgender just to assault someone in a bathroom

Jason Pomare, 33, entered the bathroom in Palmdale, California at Macy’s, wearing a bra and dress and what happens next should not surprise you. He sets up a hidden camera in one of the stalls and for the next two hours, tapes women using the bathroom.

Although this isn't a "physical" assault it is an assault and I guess you would have to have someone actually be harmed before you think something could happen. Google the story. This is only one. There are many more so quit hiding or being stupid. Whichever fits.

How is anyone discriminating against people that have already used which ever they want for years? What it does is remove the ability of security to remove possible criminals under the guise of gender association just like Jason Pomare. Personally I would like to see a separate bathroom so the normal people can get on with their lives.

Someone can report suspicious activity or people to security or management in any public bathroom. Now reporting is pointless because nothing can be done. So what if the Trans have normal family etc? Bathrooms have been split between male and female forever so what's wrong with adding another for the gender confused? It's not bigotry but that's the catch all phrase for the blind zealot liberal that acts like a kid wanting their way.

What do you mean do nothing? Until this law someone could report a "cross dresser" and keep them from going into the ladies room. The law removes any security there was. The Liberal's wanted a law allowing Transgendered to pick a room. Conservatives are against it. If the cry babies didn't go around wanting something special and just went on with what was happening then we wouldn't have this problem. Liberals created the problem where none existed
