He cleans and guts all the animals. I do all the poopy diapers. Usually works pretty well. Last night he had to do the doody, would have rather gutted an elk. What?!?

Well you've got skerpikjøt in the Faroes. That'll make you miss the smell of the entrails. Then you have hákarl in Iceland. That'll make you miss the skerpikjøt in an instant. As far as smells go, fermented foods go on a whole separate plane of existence.
Ha ha, I've never had it. I try everything once. Spent some time in Asia, I'm now addicted to kimchi and like most dishes with fermented soybean. I'll keep him company while he's gutting it, I just think the poopy diaper's nothing compared to it
