in a battle to the death with a dragon, i wouldn't say that
i think he'll probably give him free labor
while the dragon gives him some fire in the face

Putin has nukes, intercontinental missiles, tanks, and lots of surprisingly strong women and bad drivers on his side though...

that's if he was in his war room
in a real world situation were he was walking into a Russian cave and saw a dragon, i could see it over in seconds
(either he runs away or he gets killed)
