When you are creating a meme or meme comment, there is a button that says Add Image. Click that, then choose the "below current image" option. Then you can type the first word or so of the template you want at the bottom and it will come up. Sometimes you have to check the box for user templates if it's an obscure template. You also usually need to add more textboxes in the options and move them around to make it look better. :-)
