The best advice I can give you is to start interacting on other people's memes (by making funny comments, etc). Once people know who you are, it's more likely they'll check out your profile and then if they like your memes, they'll upvote them. There's no shortcuts, though, so you have to be patient - but the good news is that it's fun to do anyway. Have fun!
