It was the pen behind the ear that I was referring to which is actually a tattoo. Whatever's below that does look like it has taken something out of his earlobe though. :)
I had to look more than once! Holy crap! That is so realistic! My pic below is Evander Holyfield, who fought Mike Tyson during his crazy years. Tyson bit his ear during a fight. It was epic!
