Meme Submission Investigations: Milky Way

Here's my understanding -

after you reach a certain point level, you get 3 submissions daily for as long as you use 2 or more each day.

If you submit less than 2 memes a day, the next day you go back to 2 submissions.

If you use those 2 daily submissions regularly (not sure for how long exactly, but I don't think it takes long), your 3 daily submissions are restored.

Nah, they removed the 3rd point after the troll attacked me for the zillionth time and they must have punished both of us instead of removing him from the site for good.

I also never let up on posting 3 a day.

It was clearly a mod error in judgment. :{
