Diarrhea is puke, It's the poop(at that time is Chyme) that hasnt gone through the large intestine to have water sucked out of it. Diarrhea is Chyme that goes through the large intestine too fast and it comes out too wet. SO next time you puke you can say,"cool i shit out my mouth". Or if you Diarrhea then you can say "cool i puked out my butt"
