The other day someone said Obama has treated our vets well... (as if) Kudos to all the vets for doing a job I know I couldn't!

True story though, my son was being recruited and there was a good size signing bonus involved, he selected a career path that had him waiting a few months before going. I don't understand quite how it worked out that between the time you join and when you actually ship out the terms changed and already discussed signing bonuses were suddenly no more. He wasn't joining for the bonus of course. He just made Sgt. he is in Korea.

Thank You, I will tell him, Yes it is very typical of the Government to lie, no apologies, although I voted for Obama I remain angry at the unkept promises that people would keep their insurance companies and rates would not go up. By penalizing one already struggling group to help pre existing sicknesses, terminally ill, old, and poverty poor he caused a great amount of resentment. When it should have been the medical equipment, pharmaceutical, & insurance companies getting overhauled. I know they lined pockets. Makes me so sick amd not one word of acknowledgments of the broken promises.

Yup, it's disgusting. Politicians get rich off of our tax dollars and get millions from big companies, then they lie and 'compromise' to stay in office smh..
