In the Special Edition re-release, Greedo shoots and his blast hits the wall near Han's head.

I know. These re-releases were very controversial because George Lucas changed the films so much. This is just one example. Because of all the significant changes, I refuse to watch them ever again. I either watch the THX VHS tapes or the "Despecialized" version of the trilogy.

This is just for the sake of the joke, by the way - I've never seen or heard George Lucas say anything that indicates that he thinks Han shot first.
