Ah, so what you are saying is Reagan was also a coward-in-chief, since he didn't attend Mrs. Truman's funeral. As was Carter who didn't attend Mrs. Eisenhower's. And Clinton who didn't attend Mrs. Nixon's. And Bush who didn't attend Mrs. Johnson's.
