I think it would be nice if ALL templates were available to post a meme comment with, instead of just the popular ones. (As in for a meme comment not on the popular list, I have to link to it instead of just having it appear in the comments. So annoying).

You can use the 'add image' feature. I do it now instead of downloading and uploading user templates that I like. Main thing is to choose the popular template having the same shape as the one you are adding, so you can stretch the image to fill the entire window and it won't be too distorted.
