People might have different views about that.
Generally I like to make my memes feature in the early afternoons, like 2-4pm EST. The logic behind that was that this is when kids are coming home from school and so there might be an increase in views.
But there's no guarantees, obviously. But I think that would generally be a better time slot than say 3am.
